Qurbani FAQ

How does your Qurbani process work?
On your scheduled day, you’ll visit our facility and personally select your animal. Our experienced Muslim butchers will then perform the slaughter according to Islamic tradition. After removing the skin and cleaning inside (liver, heart, and kidney are included), the animal is scaled and processed based on your preferences-whether you prefer small cuts, medium pieces, or something in between.

What are the prices?
– Lamb: $7.99 per lb
– Goat: $8.99 per lb
– Beef: $5.69 per lb

Note: All animals are weighed after the skin is removed.

When can we pick up our Qurbani meat?
– Lamb & Goat: Same-day pickup
– Beef: Ready for pickup the following day

Do you offer delivery?
We do not provide delivery service. All Qurbani orders must be picked up from our facility at:

When do you take permission to slaughter in our name?

– Lamb & Goat: Our butcher will ask for your permission just before the slaughter. You are
welcome to be present.
– Beef: We will contact you a few days in advance to obtain your permission.

What information is needed to book Qurbani?
To reserve your Qurbani, we need the following:
– Full name
– Type and number of animals
– Contact phone number
– Preferred slaughter date

How do you process the meat?
– Lamb & Goat: Medium pieces are available the same day, as the meat is still warm and soft. If you prefer smaller pieces, we’ll refrigerate the meat and process it the next day. Note: We do not offer ground lamb or goat.
– Beef: Our standard processing includes ground beef, boneless cubes, bone-in cubes, and steaks. Meat is divided equally among the shares.

When can we choose our animal?
You can select your animal on the day of slaughter or visit us a few days in advance to tag your preferred animal.
